Capsized carter boat
The charter craft "MIROSHGA" with 41 passengers plus crew on board left the harbour of Hout Bay near Cape Town in South Africa yesterday afternoon for a visit to the popular seal island. The craft capsised in quite rough seas and one passenger from the United Kingdom as well as one of the cru members died on the scene.
